BE SPECIFIC: Set a weekly schedule with suitable days and times to exercise
PRIORITIZE: The most important things in life should be first on the agenda, if you are constantly unhappy over your body but never exercise, a priority shift is likely in order.
MAKE TIME: If you have no time, it may be worth adjusting your current routine, whether it is changing your sleep schedule, managing your working hours more efficiently or cutting back on social engagements; any manoeuvrability to fit in your exercise.
FOCUS: Distractions are everywhere, to help you distract from distractions techniques such as setting alarms to nudge you to exercise and clearing your mind of clutter to narrow in on the important tasks of the day.
BE READY: Preparation is important, getting everything ready in advance of your exercise is important; for example, setting out your training clothes, sweat towel, shower towel, water bottle, trainers allows you to go into automatic mode to get going quickly without delay, minimizing any procrastination or distraction.
